Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Any refunds or credits will be done confidentially between The CosmoProf Foundation team and client. Refund, product replacement or credit will be arranged between parties. Please note that delivery costs cannot be refunded as the policies thereof are per the courier company. Products returned must be discussed within 7 days of delivery, packaged and unused. The purchase price may be refunded or credited upon receiving the unwanted product and we have confirmed its arrival.

The cost of the return of any product or parcel fall under the client’s responsibility. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: If The CosmoProf Foundation is responsible for sending the incorrect products or damaged products, pick up and return costs, as well as product swaps will be covered by The CosmoProf Foundation as per our Returns Policy.

Please return products with the original labels and packaging in which your order was delivered. Where more than one parcel is involved, please ensure that they are securely put together to avoid separation.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The above processes must be carefully followed to avoid delaying the process. In addition, we will NOT be held liable for any refund if the product/s are not returned to The CosmoProf Foundation and packaged as discussed and agreed upon.

The CosmoProf Foundation also has the right to NOT refund a returned product without original packaging or safe packaging if foul play is suspected or hasn’t been discussed and agreed upon by all parties.

Furthermore, The CosmoProf Foundation will NOT process a refund on defective or incorrect products should the above procedures and process not be correctly followed as set out in this policy.

Refunds

Should you wish to be refunded for purchased products contact The CosmoProf Foundation team to make your request. Once the product/s have been received we will make an EFT payment within 7 days directly to your account, provided the above procedures have been followed. Kindly add your Banking details to the returned product/s.
